• • You may create an account with an email and password, or sign in with your Google account.
• • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• • Provide accurate contact and delivery details; we may cancel orders with invalid information.

• • All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• • Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery with a flat AED 25 delivery charge.
• • Wholesale and bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout and may change without notice.
• • We may correct pricing or stock errors and cancel affected orders with notification.

• • Delivery is available around and inside the UAE. Estimated delivery dates are indicative, not guaranteed.
• • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
• • Cancellation requests are reviewed by our team; approved cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

We work to keep product names, ingredients and images accurate, but packaging may vary by batch. Reviews and images you submit must be your own and free of offensive or misleading content; we may remove content that breaches these terms.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to your order.
